We kindly inform visitors to the MUCIV-Museum of Civilizations that, in order to guarantee the visit in compliance with the required safety criteria, the new permanent gallery NEANDERTHAL LABORATORY. The discoveries of Grotta Guattari will be open to visitors during the holiday period in the following ways:

– To access the gallery (Piazza Guglielmo Marconi 14E) you need to obtain an entrance ticket from the MUCIV Ticket Offices.

– From 18 to 31 December 2025 and from 2 to 5 January 2026 the gallery will be open to visitors from 8.30 am to 1 pm (last entry 12.30 am), until full capacity is reached. During the opening hours of the gallery, the route of the Early Medieval Collections will not be temporarily open to visitors. It can be visited from 1 pm to 7 pm (last entry 6.30 pm).
